K. Summerlynn "Had To" Video
R&B artist K. Summerlynn is bringing something fresh and relatable to the music industry with her debut single, “Had To.” After the New Jersey native graduated from Howard University in Washington, D.C., K. Summerlynn moved to LA. to continue her passion for music and songwriting.
About the Single "Had To", K. Summerlynn states "It’s definitely based on a true story, but I won’t say it’s my true story. As a writer, one of the things I challenge myself to do is to be able to write about things that don’t relate to me but would still be relatable to a listener. With this song, of course, there are elements that I relate to."
