One would never think that fitness training could be a method for attaining orgasm. Nonetheless, there are many women who reported experiencing orgasms while working out at the gym. This controversial issue could be one more reason for girls to hit the gym. It’s an unexpected benefit of exercise and once you discover it, you may want to feel it again and again, therefore you’ll make a habit from going to the gym every day. It may be experienced by women working out their abdominal muscles.
Whether such a “coregasm” is a positive or a negative experience, it depends on each woman. Some of them talked about their coregasm experiences and about how they got to feel such sensations while doing their daily exercising routines.
One middle-age woman said she was doing her normal fitness routine when she felt something like a strong pleasure and she was surprised as she didn’t really know what it was.
Another one said that has this experience when she’s hanging on her elbows and her legs are coming up. She said it doesn’t happen every time, but when it does, it’s fantastic. She speaks about that last effort you put into doing one more move and then it starts and it feels wonderful.
Other women just report a mild sexual stimulation rather than a typical, full orgasm.
Another one said that after she did several sets of 15 reps, she felt like if she was going to push that last set to 20, she’d have orgasm. She did it and experienced the coregasm and the funny part was that nobody around her realized what was happening.
There was a woman who did her favorite workout, a leg-lowering drill, and who explained how this worked best for her. She said she’d lay down with a pillow under her lower back, than start doing the exercise. When she lowered feet close to the floor, that was the moment when the intense sexual pleasure flooded her.
Many other women reported that working their abs resulted in this type of pleasure, therefore they became more motivated to do such workouts every day and even multiple times a day.
Even younger girls reported a nice tingly feeling while doing the “candlestick” exercise, consisting of raising and lowering the legs, tightening the lower abdominal muscles.
Others said they never felt such things, but they were more than willing to try harder and even put their focus on it while exercising. There was one funny woman who confessed that if she could get such an arousal and a stimulation, she’d not only go to the gym every day, but even two or three times a day, in order to enjoy the experience again and again.
Another speculation on this theme is that when we tighten the core and leg muscles, we trigger the nerve impulses in the pelvic area. In order for this to happen, it is required to perform multiple reps, as you need more than one squeeze to start it.
Research shows that about 15% of all women get sexual pleasure from exercise. The possible explanation could be that some women need to build up tension in their thighs and legs before coming to an orgasm. As this buildup of the tension happens, combined with the release of dopamine and endorphins stimulated by physical exercise, it leads to clitoral stimulation which then makes the women experience an orgasm without actually having sex.
The author of this study says that the same thing can happen to men. Others joked that it may happen to men while they watch women getting coregasms during their exercise workouts.
It seems that this sense of pleasure is triggered by any exercise that stimulates the core muscles. Such examples are chin-ups, climbing cords or hanging from your hands and lifting your knees to the chest. Yoga is also one of the triggers, and that’s also because yoga poses may stimulate core muscles, hence causing the same pleasurable effect.
Some women reported that they had this kind of experience while mopping the floor or while walking. Fitness experts studies all these testimonials and put together all data, then concluded this phenomenon makes sense from a physiological point of view, because all these activities increase the blood flow, heart rate and breathing rate. All these things occur both in intense workout activities and in sex, therefore it is perfectly possible that they induce orgasm without the woman needing to live the actual sexual experience.
This discovery may have many benefits in treating sexual dysfunctions such as the lack of orgasm in women. There are many couples who go to the doctor to seek help because the woman can’t attain orgasm, no matter what they try. Exercising with the coregasm purpose could be the new couple therapy method everybody was just waiting for.

Coregasm – If this in not a great reason to get in shape women? I do not know what is. Is it something like an orgasm and women are saying it feels great. Researchers from Indian University have conducted a study. All I know is it is summer time and you have two reason now to get in shape, one to show off those flat ABS in the summer and the other to have a coregasm. Check out the and article below:

Women are undergoing a stimulating phenomenon as they strive to tone up their bodies and achieve rock-solid flat abs. It’s called a coregasm – a spontaneous orgasm that some women experience while performing certain exercises that target the deep, core abdominal muscles.
Despite not being new, women have been shy in coming forward to admit to the pleasurable experience, while others aren’t even sure what they’re feeling. But they all agree on one thing: it feels damn good … and they hope it never stops.
Today, more and more females are speaking about their coregasm experience, which has led to more ladies engaging in ab workouts.
A research published in Sexual and Relationship Therapy noted that in a study at Indiana University in the United States, more than half of 530 women surveyed claimed to have experienced an exercise-induced orgasm (EIO) or exercise-induced sexual pleasure (EISP) during a workout.
Lead researcher Debby Herbenick, PhD, co-director of the Center for Sexual Health Promotion at Indiana, said the majority of the women admitted they weren’t having any sexual thoughts during the workout when the orgasm was triggered.
Jamaican fitness enthusiast and body builder, Sandra, said the first time it happened to her, she wasn’t sure what it was. Read More
