 ine, are excited about the most anticipated event of 2009’s school y
 ear. Looking back, 2002 Black College Weekend had the largest record b
 reaking attendance each year in Kings Dominion. The Black College Week
 end was moved to Florida by BET around 2004 and given a new name, “S
 pring Bling”. Campus Flava Magazine is looking to capitalize on the 
 high number of Black Colleges in North Carolina (11), South Carolina (
 6), and Tennessee (6). Campus Flava Magazine’s goal is to provide an
 other successful festival for our College Students, Alumni, and High S
 chool Students in Charlotte, North Carolina.\n\nWe believe the Black C
 ollege Labor Day Festival will be overwhelmingly supported and well re
 ceived by the great citizens of North and South Carolina and the surro
 unding areas on Saturday and Sunday September 5 and 6, 2009 at Indepen
 dence Park in Downtown Charlotte.\n\nOn Saturday and Sunday September 
 5 and 6, 2009, will be the hottest Labor Day Event in Charlotte, North
  Carolina. This huge event is expected to draw in thousands of excited
  citizens from all over North Carolina and South Carolina. This will b
 e an annual event here in Charlotte, NC, which we plan to grow each ye
 ar by adding Professional Artists, Black College Football Games, Car S
 hows, and Battle of The Bands. The Black College Labor Day Festival is
