This year we have events in 6 states (A L, FL, GA, MS, SC, TN), at 8 games involving 14 Black colleges from Se ptember to November. Attendance at these events range from a low of 20 ,000 to a high of 100,000 persons. The audience has a national make up . The potential to impact 1 million college students, young adults, al umni and football fans exists. There are also advertising a nd promotions benefites that are also received by the artist.\n\n\nPro moter Plan\nWhat do you have to do?\n\nSet up a Showcase event for you r choice of a 1 night affair or a series of shows with round-robin eli minations leading to the Grand Prize of a place on the NDaGame Black C ollege Tour.\n\n-- You may charge a screening or registration fee for participation in the showcase. We recommend $25 but not more than $50 or whatever is the accepted norm in your region.\n\n-- You may charge admission to the public to attend the event\n\n-- You may allow artist s to audition with either their radio or club version of their song bu t their performance on the tour must be radio-edit clean, free of any profanity.\n\n-- You may select the Grand Prize winner by any means yo u decide\n\n-- You may keep all proceeds from the showcase event\n\n\n Obtain a License from us to hold the event which covers the 3-game Bas ic Membership Package as described on our websites. This is a 50% disc ount off the regular membership rate level.\n\n-- You will list the Gr and Prize as a spot on the NDaGame Black College Football Games Tour o r NDaGame Black College Tour -- not HBCU college tour. The phrase HBCU is not to be used at all as a shorthand title for this tour.\n\n-- Yo u will disclose that the spot on the tour is for up to 3 dates or a 3 games schedule and the artist can choose their own dates. If they choo se less than 3 games there is no proration or cash equivelant given fo r unused parts of the package. Artists are responsible for their own t ransportation, hotel accomodations and meals.
