As a new artist just starting out in this bizness. It has been brutal. Trust no one but God. Make sure folks are legit. Keep ya reciept trail and addresses on deck. If we were to love, encourage, and build each other up instead of just opposite...imagine the unlimited potentials to be reached as far as possibilities.The world needs love...yet there is none around.....God Bless!

I roll solo too.. however...I understand the power of networking and building realtionships!! Rome wasn't built by one person or in a day. YOU must find people that you can deal with that are consistent with handling good business and producing positive results. Its not bout what you do or what you have done by yourself; its who you know and who is willing to stand up with you when the shit hits the fan!! That's called building alliances!! Not to take you to church, but in the bible (Matthew 18:20 says:
"For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them") God encourages people to work to for a common goal, whether its in prayer, or in business. I'm not saying look for BFF on here..but you should always keep your eyes open for your blessing. YOU never know where its going to come from. "Team work makes the Dream work!!" Be blessed!

It's Hard to filter out who REAL nowadays and who REALLY FAKE about theirs. People tryin' to make it while our pockets got tons of lint in them. I roll Independent now so dam if they like me and Dam if they don't. Stand in line a take a number! LOL! Ok who pissed in my coffee?

Isn't there a section for that?? If you're on the site..you should know that there is a place for people to promote music, events, and pretty much anything else you can think of that's industry related. Just cause one person does something that may not be correct..does that make it ok??? So, now.. one or two people that want to take it upon themselves to do what they want to..now everyone is going to follow suit??? No, that changes the purpose of this group. I feel that its a time and place for everything. This just happens not to be the place for that. I'm not hating..I'm just saying?

OK....I have a question??? Is this group for people to promote? I thought that this was for people to vent about bitchassness??? I'm not trippin bout reviewing music..but I joined this group to find out who to network with and who not too!
