Holliday was adopted and raised with her younger sister by a single mother in the heart of Kingston, Jamaica. At age six, KK began singing and by age eight her performances began to take off. Holliday entered the Jamaica School of Performing Arts where she studied theatre which provided opportunities that laned roles in the Brownie Shows as well as a big win as she took home The Island Award for Drama and Speech at the age of ten. Holiday’s television performances began with the Black Expo in Jamaica and continued through church and local events on the island. Beauty, elegance, and poise are one of KK Holliday’s attributes; leading her into centerfold sets in Jamaica’s Star Magazine, Caribbean Times, British Elle and various local newspapers. She also worked with reputable photographers such as Jamel Shabazz, Ronnie Cush, Bryan Cummings. This dynamic artist is well traveled as she performed in some of the most breath-taking places in the world. KK has collaborated with many known artist such as Mad Cobra, Sluggy Ranks, Coolio, Pretty Rick.
