What first got you into music?

By chance, I ended up at a local DJ's apartment one day. He invited me to get on the mic, so I just mimicked what I heard rappers doing. I kept practicing until I was able to write my own raps.

Who inspired you to make music?

DJ Joe Stick

How would you describe the music that you typically create?

Motivational and informative.

What is your creative process like?

Ideas have to come to me. Once I get a few ideas for a song, I'll add whatever I can to finalize it.

If you could go open a show for any artist who would it be?

Mary Mary, Lecrae

What is one message you would give to your fans?

I appreciate the support.

What would you be doing right now, if it wasn’t for your music career?

Following in my parents footsteps: 1) Working for the MTA, 2) Helping run my mothers church.

How do you feel the Internet has impacted the music business?

It's made it easier to put music out to fans, and to shop your songs around to labels and DJ's.

What is the best advice you’ve been given?

Keep doing what you're doing because there might be somebody out there ready to give up who might be inspired to keep going after hearing one of your songs.

What’s next for you?

Right now I'm just waiting for the opportunity to perform.
