I am sending out this quick note because 09' is here and we need to be in planning mode. I have learned that most peoples failures come not because they cant reach their goals, it comes as a result of not planning to get to those goals. Here is some simple suggestions that i think will help each and everyone of us win in 2009.

1. Plan weekly- you should write down seven weekly clear goals that will be successful for you.

2. Dont plan yearly plan quarterly - the method here is two take baby steps and plan every four months where you see you self being at the end of those four months. Keep it simple stupid!!!!

3. Get clear on what you are striving for- w/out clarity you wont reach your goals.

4. Do Do Do - follow through and put your action and plan into effect go out and work.

This is just a few things that I think will help us make to the top of 2009 successful.
