Patiently Waiting to Blow!

I been DJin for two years now in Akron, Ohio its not a big market out eal DJ's", I wanna expand to other spots around the US. Or even lock in a night Djin in neighboring towns, but when ther's DJ's out here willing to accept 50 a night and people don't care how they play the songs, long as they play em its hard. Any advice for a Hot struglin DJ?
