Hip Hop is a tough job. It’s even harder when you're young, beautiful and talented... That's the case with Miami newcomer Marcy Malone. Marcy Malone Thomas has done a 360 degree turn around. After being raised between Tampa and Tallahassee Marcy found herself back in her birthplace of Miami at the age of seventeen and ready to put her talents to good use. Miss Malone is the youngest of three children and always used poetry as an outlet to express herself. When she discovered how to turn these poems into song format she realized she had a special gift. A star in the making! Marcy Malone’s music influences include Erykah Badu, Outkast, Mia X, Mary J. Blige, and Trick Daddy. She has had the opportunity in the past to share her talents with Trick Daddy, Ja Rule, Big Tigger, Smoke of Field Mob, and Luc Duc. After working hard to prove herself and her talent in this music industry she was gifted to open up shows for Trick Daddy, Gucci Mane, T-Pain Pretty Ricky and DJ Unk. She is currently managed by GET RIGHT MANAGEMENT and is working on her mixtapes and videos that will drop at the first quarter of 2012. She's co-founded a corporation called DivaDollz Inc, whic represents empowerment of all women of all races and all ages.
