I have had more trouble with bad people in this business than good. My advice is ALWAYS get it in writing so that in the end you can take them to court and either get your money or what you paid for. My name for this list is John Patillo. He will be on a panel for Urban Network. These snakes hang out with all the business people and the "real" people in the business allow them to prey on the unsuspecting. This is the part that makes me the angriest. You will sit at a table with this slim and not tell me that he is a crook. What kind of crap is that? But I digress, get it in WRITING!!!!
