School is now in session, Flyy Academy that is and they are ready to take the music industry by storm. Tearing up the airwaves via Atlanta, A. Flyy Academy is not your average hip hop duo. Davy P and DJ, the two consisting members of Flyy Academy both add their own creative edge by bridging the gaps among street anthems, club hits, and Rock&Roll to produce a unique sound that crowds are guaranteed to demand for generations to come.
Coming from humble beginnings Dorian Rose has always known he was destined for greatness. Stepping onto the scene in April 3 of 1989, an entire month earlier than his expected arrival date he has always done the unexpected. Born on a U.S. Military Base in Germany as a military child Rose along with his siblings experienced at a young age what it was like to live in one place one day and instantly be living elsewhere the next. In the midst of constant transitioning a new gift was birthed in Dorian in the art form of music. With the influences of chart topping rappers Outkast, Bow Wow, and Lil Wayne, Dorian decided to stop dreaming of selling millions and building his own EMPIRE and instead chase the dream with another music driven individual much like himself, David Jamal Bradfield a.k.a. Davy P. David Bradfield is no stranger to Atlanta or to the music scene. Born to two musically gifted parents, music is all David has ever known. As a child he began playing the drums and keyboard and realized early on that music was his everything. His musical influences include his fellow group mate DJ among other talented rappers in the industry. He is a firm believer that “you can’t go wrong traveling down right street” and is working hard to fulfill his dream of owning his own imprint and discovering talent that will impact lives more than his music ever will.
With David and Dorian’s combined gifts, talents, and energy Flyy Academy is predicted to last way beyond one hit because unlike many other artists when it comes to Flyy Academy “what you see is what you get.”
