Byron Harvey wanted to get his hands on as much stolen merchandise as possible, and wasn't above using his pants to carry out his thievery. The 38-year-old Florida resident stuffed nearly $450 worth of merchandise in his pants at the end of a three-day drug bender of “doing powder and pills.”
According to the police report, an Indian River County deputy was called to a department store last week, over shoplifting accusations.
