Its time America takes a stand on image of felons and gangsters. To help change reform this economy even faster, its time we look at some of the discredited. Although there may be a permanent mark on records of many citizens, some are eager for change and a second chance at life. It seems to me that many have few, while a few have it all.
Le Marquis Washington is a well know r&b/hip hop artist name Gansta Marcus. Born in Cleveland, Mississippi, Marquis parents moved him to Lima, Ohio to give him a better start at life. "Mississippi is a state had has less to offer to the minority community due to modern day slavery". The knowledge that I learned in Ohio and brought to Mississippi saved me from the recession.
While living in Lima, Marquis discovered his passion of working on homes doing small residential work, the talent to be a poet, and the desire to achieve a bigger image of himself industry and politically. Through the wake of all the disasters and economy fall and rise to power, Marquis has decided to use online social media to help open community members eyes to whats going on in the world with a broader view.
The once business man in Lima, Ohio who own multiple homes and a building off the downtown area that was never operated went belly flop with foreclosures and tax liens due to felony charges. It prove he was not the man accused, Marquis moved to a slower economy (Mississippi) to learn a much slower way of living.
He has and was always know for releasing singles over the world wide web, but what many don't know is that he takes the youth of his city that's know for criminal activity and show them a new way. "Its not just about the music, its the image in life you make that last a long way". Young artist must learn hard work and determination while owning their fans.
