Meet Celebrity Cef/Journalist and owner of Spaced Out Magazine!

Young business owner Rueben Wood is making his mark as he becomes the leader of a young generation of entrepreneurs that have million dollar success dreams. Since the opening of Spaced Out Magazine in 2011 Wood has made a tremendous mark on the entertainment industry, being that the man behind one of the most credible news sources online has just turned 23.

Rueben started in the industry 5 years ago as an artist, then known as Yung Bank. Working on production and releasing mixtapes brought him the notoriety he needed to start his hand in marketing and advertising. Always being first to know industry news sparked his interest in journalism and naturally being a writer was no secret to Wood. As the years progressed Rueben gradually moved away from performing music and to becoming a media consultant and radio host of his own show.

Once Spaced Out Magazine had been created Rueben began to learn more about business and how he could help businesses and artist to become  known at a rapid pace through the use of the internet and guerrilla marketing techniques. With a magazine company started, a radio show and production side of the company Wood had created his own brand, that still continues to amaze many.

Wood plans to relaunch his radio station and tv network in December with more content and a wider audience. Being so young he is often asked can he handle such pressures and how does he complete all the task necessary to run a business, and his answer still remains the same, "Yes"!

He noted: "Sometimes I think about how many wrong decisions I made in life trusting people and trying to please others. Finally I came to agree with myself that I was going to become something and someone to be remembered, not just another statistic. I am and have always been wiling to help anybody willing to put in work and grind just as hard as I do, but not everyone is a worker there's a lot of so called owners but not enough workers."

Wood recently covered the BET Hip Hop Awards 2014, and has partnered with several music sites, such as, Reverbnation and Music Clout bringing indie artist more opportunities and help for there careers. As if that wasn't enough Wood signed a distribution deal with Sony's label The Orchard for his soundtracks and label works.

Now considered to be a celebrity journalist and chef, we asked Wood what would be his next move? His response was for us to wait and see since he has so much work to do, and hopefully we will see in the coming months.
