The Enigma Sept Hour.

The Enigma Sept Hour is a hour-long radio talk show on BlogTalkRadio.com. The show gives weekly updates on entertainment news, primarily involving hip-hop and R&B music. The broadcast also is a forum for independent and/or unsigned artists to be heard. The artists have ranged from rappers to R&B singers, DJs, and radio personalities. Some guests have been DJ Storm (Power 98 - Charlotte), Stess The Emcee (Blazin 102.3 - Tallahassee), rap outfit SBE, Notty Black (of T-Pain's former group Nappy Headz) and Mason Caine (The Veto; Laws' 4:57 mixtapes). 

Additionally, once the live broadcast has ended, the artist can continue spread their gospel by posting the episode online via HTML code, MP3, or link back to the episode's page. It's beyond the FCC's reach (so far), so the artist can speak as he or she wishes.
