Lil Wayne Plans To Retire After Releasing The Carter 5

This is terrible news for Weezy fans, he’s letting all of us know his career may be coming to an end in the near future. Right now he’s prepping the release of his I Am Not A Human Being II album and announced once The Carter 5 album drops he’s calling it quits. He had the following to say to MTV during an interview:

“I know ya’ll want me around for a little bit, and Tha Carter V is my last album… I’ve been rapping since I was 8 years old; I’m 30 now man. That’s a long time man, and I like to do so many more things, and when I like to do something, I end up loving to do it real quick. And when I love to do something, I’m fully focused on it and it only, and music sometimes is not that it.”

When Weezy’s grand closing comes along. I’m pretty sure we’ll see much more of him on the skateboarding tip and being a sports analyst. He’s always been adamant about those being his other “loves”. Besides red bones that is.
