V103 & Block Ent Ice Cream Giveaway

V103's very own Wanda Smith along with Block Ent. artist Gorrilla Zoe and Jody Breeze came out to visit kids in Atlanta yesterday. The purpose; to give away FREE!!! ice cream to the kids in the Atlanta/metro communtiy. When you broadcast live on air that you are giving away free Brewsters ice cream flavors you get a buzz right away. So, after pumping gas at a gas station we had to pull to the side because we already had a lil crowd come. As kids and parents came closer to see who was serving them, they were surpised to see Wanda Smith, Gorilla Zoe, and Jody. Very pleased, the crowd left with a nice cool smile on their face and their ice cream. Once we drove off around the block we came to our first stop. The West End Mall. Soon after parking we had a crowd of folks coming to get that smoothe tasting ice cream. Even a few staff members from a near by Taco Bell couldnt help but to leave work for a few minutes just to get a scoop. Then from there we visited other neighborhoods... our little way to give back to the community. It was a lot of fun, coversations, jokes, smiles, laughter,picture taking, autograph signing, free give-aways, good fellowshiping in the community.
