"Squad Official Camp" was originated down in Savannah, Ga., in 2006, as a group of young artists, producers, engineers, and etc., trying to reach and live out their dreams of indulging in music. Going through trials and tribulations as a group made us call ourselves, "Squad Official", adding the "Camp" to establish that we are not just another group out here. "Squad Official Camp" is not only a group, we are a business. As a camp, we consist of more than 10 people, but as a group we consist of 4 main artists, as of now. As a whole, we’ve been through a lot. We had some come, some go and we had to accept some changes, but Squad Official still stands. After taking the lost of our Big Homie, Bugga a.k.a. Quartabird, we took the liberty of speaking to a few people to help make his name, label and legacy live on and we are doing just that. As a southern group, we have a unique sound and swag that differs us from everyone else. The Camp consists of Hypnotiez, Boogie B, Head Hunta, Carl J, Cenista, Exodus, Young Black, JP, DJ SP - THA MF GENERAL, J-Mal, HipHop Mel and Young Sunn a.k.a. Sunnie Serve.
