An old lady walks into Antiques Road show dangling a dirty tampon.
"Now tell me you little know-it-alls, what period did this come from...?!"


A teacher was helping one of her kindergarten students put his boots on.
He asked for help and she could see why.
Even with her pulling and pushing the boots just didn't want to go on.
By the time she'd got the second boot on, she'd worked up a sweat.
That's when the little boy said, "Mrs. Smith, they're on the wrong feet."
She looked, and sure enough, they were.
It wasn't any easier getting them back off and re-put on the correct feet.
That's when the little boy said, "These aren't my boots."
She bit her tongue (who wants to swear at a 5 year old boy?), and managed to keep her cool as together they worked 'em back off.
He said, "They're my brothers'. My mom made me wear them."
Mrs. Smith didn't know whether to laugh or cry.
But she mustered up the courage one more time to wrestle those boots on his feet again.
"Now," she said, "where are your mittens?"
"I stuffed them in the toes of my boots."


"People have too much hate. I hear guys talk, they don't like their mother-in-law, they hate their mother-in-law. Me, I love my mother-in-law, it's her daughter I can't stand!"


A local bean farmer was blessed with a wonderful crop this fall. In fact he had so many beans, he needed to unload them somehow.
With all the hoopla about the upcoming Super Bowl, he decided that would be a good venue to reach more people. With this in mind he went to the local TV station.
The farmer said, "I would like to purchase a minute or two during the Super Bowl to advertise my wonderful beans. I have such a bountiful crop of beans of all kinds; pinto beans, lima beans, navy beans, red beans..."
The sales manager said, "Ok, Ok, I get the message. And what would you be able to pay for this amount of prime advertising time?"
The farmer scratched his beard, looked off, then said, very solemnly, "I'd be willing to go as high as $300 to reach those folks."
"$300?" the manager yelled, "You must be out of your mind!!! The current sponsors pay through the nose to get the exposure of the Super Bowl! For example, the makers of Kotex pay MILLIONS of dollars to reach the audience!"
The farmer very evenly replied, "I'm sure that's right. But those people are out for blood! I'm just farting around."
