[THIS JUST IN!] Kanye West beat up teenager then leaves the scene!

LAPD has responded to a call from a Beverly Hills office building where Kanye West was said to be involved in a physical altercation, a source tells X17online exclusively.

Kanye arrived there about an hour ago and police arrived 10 minutes ago. A source inside the building tells X17: "Kanye beat up a guy and the guy called 911." It was unclear why the altercation started.

Kanye's fiancee Kim Kardashian just arrived at the building.

X17 has put in a call to LAPD and to the Sheriff's department but so far not information is available, we're told. One of our videographers on the scene asked an officer on the scene if Kanye did beat someone up and she would not confirm.

Kanye and Kim were in Beverly Hills when they were swarmed by photogs. We’re told the 18-year-old came to Kim’s rescue and held the door of a medical building open so she could get in.

As Kim walked away, the guy allegedly said, “F**k these fa**ot-ass n****rs”" — referring to the paparazzi. Kim then told him it was not appropriate to use the N word. We’re told he then screamed at her, “F**k you bitch. Just trying to help you. Shut up n****r lover, stupid slut.”

Apparently that got Kim mad as hell because a short time later Kanye arrived and went into the office.

Sources say Kanye and Kim rushed into the waiting room of chiropractor Richard Hill and found the 18-year-old sitting there. Witnesses say Kanye punched the guy and Kim screamed, “We have it all on tape.”

Sources say the massage therapist in the office separated the 2 men. Beverly Hills cops were called and the 18-year-old said he wanted to press charges.

A can of 'whoop ass' was definitely necessary. That kid said one disrespectful word too many and paid the price.

I just hope Kanye doesn't get charged  with assaulting a minor.
