What is the best way to differentiate yourself from other DJ's?

I've been Djing for bout three years and have had a significant growth. Im really into blending, remixing, mashing and scratching. Alot of DJ's in my area just play song after song with no type of transition. Bad thing is people don't seem to care about your skills no more they just wanna hear they favorite joint. What is the best way for me to differentiate myself from other DJs?

Stay original. There are folks out there that still wanna hear a creative dj such as remixing, mixing, and scratching. The reason Djs dont do it anymore is because either they can't or they play it safe by following others. Playing songs and screaming over it ain't Djing. Im a dj myself and I do a little of everything when puttin out a mix tape by cutting, add interludes, remix a song with a local producers beat, and playing hot music not matter east coast, south, or west.
Thanks for the input fam.
JUST CONTINUE TO BE YOURSELF I HAVE BEEN DJING FOR ABOUT 9 YEARS NOW AND WHEN YOU CONTINUE TO DO YOU AND STAY TRUE TO YOUR GRIND PEOPLE WILL START TO RECOGNIZE THAT.I DO ALOT I PUT A PARTY/STREET MIX OUT EVERY MONTH NOW I HAVE PUT OUT WELL OVER 400 MIXES, JUST FOR THE STREETZ THEN I DO LIKE ONE OR TWO MIXTAPES A YEAR FOR THE INDEPENDENT ARTIST TO HAVE THEIR SHINE.. I JUST GRIND AND NOW PEOPLE ARE REALIZING THE POTENTIAL I HAVE... ALWAYS BE WILLING TO TAKE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISM BUT NEVER LET ANYONE STOP YOU FROM WHAT YOU ARE DOING OR TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH. JUST NETWORK AND CONTINUE TO WORK HARD
